Bhupadh processes all orders within 1 working day (Mon–Fri), with delivery across India via Delhivery or registered couriers. Standard delivery takes 3–5 days for metros and 5–9 days for other areas, with express options available in select pincodes. Shipping is free on orders over ₹999; a ₹59 fee applies below that. International shipping is not currently offered.

Returns & Refunds:
Due to hygiene concerns, most baby products — especially those for infants aged 0–12 months — cannot be returned once opened. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos and the original packaging intact. Approved cases may result in a replacement, repair, or store credit (refunded within 10 business days). Order cancellations are accepted within 2 working days, provided the item hasn't shipped yet.
