Shipping policy

Bhupadh is committed to delivering safe, hygienic, and high-quality infant products to every parent. This policy explains how shipping is handled for all purchases made on www.bhupadh.com.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1 working day from the date of order confirmation.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders received before 12:00 PM are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is packed and dispatched, along with a tracking link.


Delivery Timelines (India):

  • We ship using Delhivery Limited ("Delhivery") or other registered courier partners across India.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Metros: 3–5 working days
    • Non-metros / Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–9 working days
  • Express shipping (where available): Delivered within 3 working days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the delivery pincode, courier partner constraints, or seasonal delays such as festivals, holidays, heavy weather, strikes, or operational disruptions.
  • We always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 attract a ₹59 Standard Shipping charge.
  • Shipping charges may include delivery fees, service fees, return fees (if applicable), fuel surcharge, and statutory taxes. Any local entry tax/octroi imposed by authorities will be borne by the customer.
  • Bhupadh reserves the right to modify shipping charges or promotional shipping credits at its discretion.


Failed Delivery Attempts:

If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to:

  • incorrect/incomplete address,
  • unavailability of the customer, or
  • refusal to accept the package,
    the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping:
